Materials Needed
110lb cardstock
Velum
Alcohol Inks
Heat pen
Ribbon
Glue
Suction cup

Steps

1. Cut pattern pieces
2. Lightly trace design on velum through front pattern with heat pen.
3. Use inks to color each area making sure all the velum gets covered.
4. Glue all 3 layers together making sure no glue shows.
