This year I thought I would make it extra special and have everyone’s name on their placemat on the Christmas Dinner table.
The placemats are simple shop bought felt mats and I have added the witty slogan that I found in IdeaStudio library and the individual names all using HTVront heat transfer vinyl.
I used an offset outline to cut out the background in white vinyl which helped make the words ‘pop’. The words ‘Christmas’ and ‘don’t’ were cut from the sheet of plaid pattern HTV. ‘Calories’ and ‘count’ were done in plain green HTV. Both of which I had in my HTVront Christmas bundle (which is gorgeoud BTW). The gingerbread men were made from gold glitter HTV and the whole thing was finished of with silver HTV for the names.
I’m really please with the end result and everyone now has their own placemat and will know where they are sitting at the table.
