How I Made My Naughty/Nice Christmas Hat
I crafted this festive Santa hat using black HTV vinyl and two custom Christmas patches—one featuring a joyful Santa and the other a reindeer in a Santa hat. Both patches were bought off Amazon. Nice & Naughty was designed in Loklik Studio and cut with precision on my Loklik cutting machine. I pressed everything using my Mini Heat Press 3 at 370°F for 45 seconds.
The vinyl letters were meant to be crisp and straight, but I hit a little snag when removing the heat transfer paper—the alignment shifted slightly, and the “NICE” side didn’t land as clean as I hoped. Still, I love how it turned out! The “NAUGHTY” side rocks Santa, while the “NICE” side features the reindeer, giving it playful contrast and personality.

Even with the hiccup, it’s a reminder that handmade means heartmade—and this one’s full of it.
