For this sweet little project, I wanted to create a simple but meaningful heart sign with a soft, floral touch. I designed the “Can’t Stop Love” layout in IdeaStudio, keeping the cutouts clean so the patterned vinyl could really shine. The base is a 5×6 inch heart‑shaped basswood sign, which takes heat beautifully and gives the finished piece a smooth, natural look.
DqI picked a similar shaped heart from the IdeaStudio library and sized it to the same size as my wooden sign, so that I could arrange the text to fit my sign.
I cut the design from HTVRONT Floral Pattern HTV and pressed it onto the basswood using my H10 heat press at 285°F for 10 seconds. After letting it cool, I peeled the carrier sheet to reveal the crisp floral lettering and cross. To finish it off, I added a ribbon for hanging, giving the sign a soft, decorative feel.

This was kind of an experiment, and just a quick project to get in to help meet this week’s entry threshold. Will be busy all week working on other things, so thought this would be quick and easy and allow me to use that Floral HTV.
