Project | Honoring Denis

When my niece’s beloved client Dennis passed away, I felt called to honor his memory in the way I know best—through design, care, and community. Dennis wasn’t just a name on a shirt. He was a soul deeply loved by the staff at House 9200, where he lived with dignity and joy. Their devotion to him deserved to be seen, felt, and remembered.

I designed these memorial shirts in Canva, blending soft skies, peaceful doves, and Dennis’s portrait to reflect the light he carried. Every detail was intentional—from the layout to the sizing. I printed using my brother’s sublimation setup, maximizing every inch with HTVRONT’s 8x14 paper, and pressed each shirt with my Auto Heat Press 2. It was more than a workflow—it was a ritual of remembrance.

This wasn’t just a project. It was a moment to honor legacy, uplift caregivers, and wrap grief in something tangible. Thank you to House 9200 for loving Dennis so well. And thank you, Dennis, for leaving behind a story worth telling.
