Baseball Hand Fan Tutorial: “I Do Not Do Quiet”

Create a fun, affordable baseball mom hand fan perfect for tournaments, hot days at the field, and team spirit! This project uses a pre-made design from LOKLiK Idea Studio and the Print & Cut feature with HTVRONT printable vinyl sticker paper.

Supplies

  • LOKLiK iCraft Cutting Machine
  • LOKLiK Idea Studio
  • HTVRONT Printable Vinyl Sticker Paper
  • Inkjet printer
  • Cutting mat
  • Cardboard or chipboard
  • Black paint (spray or acrylic)
  • Paint stick (handle)
  • Hot glue gun + glue sticks
  • Scissors or craft knife
  • Wired ribbon
  • Optional: clear laminate sheet

Step 1: Prep the Design

Open LOKLiK Idea Studio and select the “I Do Not Do Quiet” baseball graphic from the image library. Place it on your canvas and resize it to fit your fan shape. Use the Print & Cut feature so the machine can later detect registration marks.

Step 2: Print

Load HTVRONT printable vinyl sticker paper into your inkjet printer. Print the design directly from Idea Studio, ensuring registration marks are clear. For outdoor durability, apply a clear laminate sheet over the print before cutting.

Step 3: Cut

Place the printed sheet on your cutting mat and load it into the LOKLiK machine. Let it read the registration marks and complete the Print & Cut process. Weed away excess material to reveal your finished sticker design.

Step 4: Make the Fan Base

Cut a fan shape from cardboard or chipboard. Paint both sides black and allow it to dry fully. Apply a second coat if needed for a smooth, bold finish.

Step 5: Apply Design

Peel the backing from the vinyl sticker and center it on the fan base. Smooth from the center outward to remove bubbles and press firmly to secure.

Step 6: Add Handle

Hot glue a paint stick to the back of the fan. Reinforce with extra glue and let it fully set.

Step 7: Finish with Ribbon

Glue wired ribbon to the top of the handle and wrap it tightly down the stick, slightly overlapping as you
