Project | Let It Snow Round Earrings

For these winter‑themed earrings, I started with a base of faux leather to keep them lightweight and comfortable. I added the glittery blue design using HTVRONT Glitter HTV for a bright finish.

To make the earrings sturdier—and to avoid the fuzzy open back that faux leather can have—I glued a second piece of faux leather to the reverse side using wood glue. This gave the earrings a clean, polished look from every angle and added just the right amount of structure.

Once the layers were pressed and the backing was secured, I assembled the pieces with earring hardware. The final result is a pair of sparkling, winter‑ready earrings that feel both festive and professionally finished.

Materials & Process:

  • Faux leather (front + reinforced backing)
  • HTVRONT Glitter HTV (blue design)
  • Wood glue (backing attachment)
  • Cutting machine
  • Heat press
  • Earring hardware
