No, but the reward depends on it:

A. External svg: 20 cheers

B. Mixed external svg and/or your drawing on IS + Library asset/s: 35 cheers

C: Full library asset or your ORIGINAL svg fully designed by you and sent to Elena to be uploaded to the official library so that you can then use it from there and share to use: 60 cheers

Only C will be available for the rest of the users to ā€œMakeā€

A and B sharing is only displaying to share as inspiration
C sharing is full sharing to make and as inspiration
