Design Setup (Ideal Studio):
- Upload or recreate the smiley + hand icons and text.
- Use the layer/block feature to stack colors (outline, base, details).
- Size design approx. 10–11 inches wide for adult tee.
- Mirror all layers before cutting.
Cutting (iCrafter):
- Load HTV shiny side down.
- Select correct material setting for HTVRont vinyl.
- Cut each color layer separately.
- Weed excess vinyl carefully, keeping fine lines clean.
Layering Tip:
Start with base layers (yellow face, hand circle), then add details (teeth, outlines, text).
Heat Press Steps:
- Preheat press to 305°F.
- Pre-press shirt for 5–7 seconds to remove moisture.
- Position first layer, press 10–12 seconds.
- Peel warm or cool depending on HTV instructions.
- Continue layering, pressing each for 5–8 seconds.
- Final press with Teflon sheet for 10–15 seconds.
