Replace printhead while under warranty

Do I need to clean the printhead now?

Any image that has white does not show up, or is sporadically printing. Also it looks like there is a bubble in the white filter. Is that normal?

We have had this printer for less than a month, if we attempt this, will it void the warranty?

Initially, ink smeared, the lines broken and having issues with White now too. Already did the clean and nozzle check over and over, cleaned blue squeegee, and now this. Watching even more YouTube videos, and this was all I could see to do next and I’m terrified.

Hi! Here’s what the tech team suggests:

  • Please remove the paper press clip shown in your photo.

  • A few bubbles in the ink tube are normal, as long as the nozzle check looks fine.

  • If the white channel doesn’t appear in the nozzle check, try doing a forced ink fill, then clean the printhead and run a few test prints.
    If the issue continues, repeat the cycle: forced ink fill → cleaning → test prints.
