Hello @LikitaRucker.:smiley: Welcome to the community! Congratulations on your new purchase. Let’s see if we can get a fix for you. First of all, let’s make sure you have the correct procedure for setting the time.

To set the time on the HTVRONT Auto Heat Press 2, long press the Time (clock icon) button on the control panel, then use the “+” or “-” buttons to adjust the duration in 5-second increments. Press the Time button again to confirm the setting.

Are these the steps you’re taking? If not, give it a try, and let me know if it worked or not.

Here’s a video, as well, showing how to set the time:

I hope this helps.

Samantha can you help me with connecting the Bluetooth?

The HTVRONT Auto Heat Press 2 doesn’t have Bluetooth capability. It doesn’t connect to any apps via Bluetooth.

Is this the machine you’re using?

Yes, thank you.

While you may see it in the menu in the Loklik app, it may not work for your specific unit due to the following reasons:

Model Limitations: The standard HTVRONT Auto Heat Press 2 is a standalone device with manual digital controls and typically does not have the hardware for Bluetooth.

Regional or Hardware Variations: There are reports in the LOKLiK community that newer production batches or specific “Smart” versions (like the LOKLiK ImPress Auto 2) may support app features, but many HTVRONT versions released in late 2024 and early 2025 do not.

Software Uniformity: The app often lists every compatible machine it could connect to, regardless of whether your specific hardware version supports it.

If you’re trying to connect and it won’t find the device, your machine likely lacks the internal Bluetooth chip. You can verify this by checking your production date on the back—older units (Oct 2024 or earlier) are confirmed to be non-Bluetooth models.

Does your machine have a Bluetooth icon or a specific pairing button on its display panel?

No it does not.

Ok, then yours isn’t the Smart one. It’s the Loklik Impress Auto 2 machine that connects to Bluetooth, which is not the same as the HTVRONT Auto Heat Press 2. Loklik and HTVRont are sister companies, and share the same designs, however, they split the Bluetooth capabilities, and only the Loklik one has the Bluetooth capabilities, and is typically sold at Best Buy, MachineShark, or BamaTexas. While the HTVRONT is sold on Amazon and the HTVRONT website.
