St Patrick’s Day Projects

Gift Bags

Paper Gift Bags
HTVRONT Sticker Paper
I used a cute design from creative fabrica and then designed my stickers. I then used print and cut and then placed my stickers on my gift bags.

Bar Sign

I used a chalk black board from Kmart. I used green and yellow adhesive vinyl cut out with my LOKLiK icraft. Using transfer tape I was able to align my design and transfer it on to my blank.

Welcome Sign

I was so happy with how this turned out, it just looks stunning  I used a MDF placemat from Kmart. Cut out adhesive vinyl with my LOKLiK icraft. Using the fold method I was able to line up all my vinyl pieces and apply them easily.

Layered HTV Shirt

I love using HTV and this shirt came out so cute. I used the St Patrick’s Day HTV bundle that I received as a gift with my purchase of my LOKLiK icraft. I did change the design a bit so the design cut out the full clover leaf for my pattern htv. Only press top layers for 5 secs, just enough to tack the layer on the shirt. Then the last layer of HTV you put on and press for the full time. My Heat press settings were 145 C for 15 seconds. Top layers were only pressed for 5 seconds each.

Sublimation Singlet

I’m so happy with the vibrant colours of this sublimation print. The singlet really pops. I used a converted Sublimation printer with HIPPO sublimation ink and HTVRONT Sublimation Paper. I pressed my design at 210 degrees Celsius for 40 seconds. Make sure you make that sublimation sandwich with butchers paper on top and bottom and your sublimation print and blank in between.

Sublimation Bandana

I always make cute shirts for the family. I wanted to do something cool for the dogs. So, I made these bandanas. It is a polyester / cotton fabric. I cut 70cm x 70 cm square and did 1cm hem around the edges. Then sublimated the dog paw print design on the corner of each. Now my dogs can get dressed up too for the party. My heat press settings were 210 degrees celsius for 40 seconds.

Sublimation Coasters

These sublimation coasters are great. They are like a mouse pad material (neoprene). Easy to clean and sublimated great. I was a bit worried as the backing was black but the print stands out really well on them. When working with neoprene my number one tip is to pre press and pre press again. The neoprene holds so much moisture in it you need to get it all out. Otherwise your print my look blurry after it’s pressed. My temps were 210 degrees Celsius for 60 seconds. I also changed my heat press mat to a firm heat press mat.
