The screws appear to be stripped. Only the two side screws came out the other four will not move

Hi latoya, welcome to the community.
For the stuck screws, you can try turning them from the short side for a better grip. If you have a different screwdriver (or an electric screwdriver), it’s also worth giving that a try.
If they still won’t move after that, please email support@htvront.com and let them know you’ve already tried the steps above. They’ll help arrange the next steps for your machine.
