I created this tote bag as a way to wrap my Easter present for my friend but also being a gift itself as she loves bunnies. This way she get’s two gifts
I found my design on Creative Fabrica then printed it out on my Sublimation printer using Sublimation Ink and Sublimation paper. I then pre pressed my tote bag for 30 secs to get the moisture out of my tote bag. I placed butchers paper inside my tote bag, then taped my sublimation print on the tote bag using heat resistant tape. Then helps the print not to move when pressing reducing the chance of ghosting occurring.
To complete my sublimation sandwich I then placed a couple more sheets of butcher’s paper on top of my sublimation print. I then pressed for 60 seconds at 210 degrees Celsius or 410 Fahrenheit. Make sure to have a well-ventilated area while sublimating.
Once my tote bag cooled down a bit, I removed the sublimation print using heat resistant gloves. Be careful it is still hot. Then my sublimation easter gift bag was all done. It came out wonderfully.
