Unboxing the New HTVRONT Phone Case Heat Press

HEY EVERYONE, :butterfly:

My name is Brenda and the creator and owner of Cristal’s Creations. My crafting journey started back in 2022 when I really dove into the tumbler world. Since then, I have gotten into different types of crafts such as paper crafts, making stickers, sublimation, HTV Vinyl and much more to come. Now that I have a bigger craft room, I can’t wait to add more machines to my collection and show y’all what I make!

Today I am sharing my experience unboxing the HTVRONT H17 Phone Case Heat Press along with my first impression of the machine. I am thankful for the opportunity to review the H17.

Unboxing Experience:

The box for the product itself displays a black and white outline of the machine, along with the brands logo and name of the machine. There is a color sample square on top of the box showing the color of the Phone Case Heat Press. Unfortunately, the outside package that the product box came in was just a black bag and did not protect the box. My box came damaged. Fortunately, HTVRONT did excellent protecting the product within its box. There was Styrofoam packing insulation, which kept everything protected and in place.

Box Contents:

It was all neatly packed and came out of the box with ease. The first thing I can see when I open the box is a single piece of paper with QR codes to scan for manuals, the app, and the discord community along with a list of precautions.

Underneath the information paper in a bag which includes heat gloves, tweezers, heat tape, (3) individually wrapped 58mm sublimation badges, and part of the badge fixture set. The gloves are pink and are one-size-fits-all. The tweezers are sharp and come with a silicone protector. The heat tape is a nice, thick roll with plenty of heat tape to use on projects. I love that the sublimation badges are individually wrapped, which prevented any scratching or scuffing.

The universal phone case fixture set was neatly packaged in a labeled and branded box. HTVRONT also included a package of their sublimation film, because this machine requires a specialized film instead of sublimation paper. The plate for the badge fixture set was placed underneath the machine in the box.

First Impression:

As I removed the HTVRONT H17 Phone Case Heat Pressed from the box,
I was amazed by its simple, sleek, and lightweight design. I was absolutely in love with the light blue color and the sleek chrome handle for opening and closing. The machine comes fully assembled and does not require any additional setup, other than finding a place in your crafting area and plugging it into the wall. It slides out of the box ready for your first project!

Buttons:

There are six buttons and a small display screen on the front of the heat press. They all have a small icon on them, making it easy to use and understand. The power button has the universal power icon, the button for adjusting temperature has a thermometer, the timer button shows a clock, increase (+) and decrease (-), and lastly a start button, which displays the signature HTVRONT letter “R”. How to use these buttons is also clearly explained in the downloadable PDF manual.

Design:

Overall, I am impressed with the design. I love how the machine is so lightweight and compact. This makes it easy to find a placement for it, as well as easy to move around as needed. The plate for the badge fixture set has divots to hold the other pieces of the fixture set in place, a design piece I love because it will keep projects properly in place when I press them. Another useful design piece is the sizing outline guide etched onto the plate for when you want to sublimate coasters, luggage tags, and ornaments. This visual guide will be great when working on these other items. I love that the universal phone fixture set came with a guide that shows which lens pads and filler blocks to use with each individual model of phone case. The filler blocks are each individually labeled.

Final Thoughts:

I was so incredibly excited to receive the package and could not wait to open it and get my hands on the HTVRONT H17 Phone Case Heat Press. I am happy to say that it exceeded my expectations. I am eager to start using it for not only phone cases, but also badges, ornaments, luggage tags, coasters and more! This machine is going to be a great addition to my crafting.
