  4. Weeding tool or scraper
  5. Loklik Crafter to cut vinyl
  6. Ruler or straightedge

Steps

  1. Create your design using a loklik ideastudio.

  2. Mirror your design, as HTV vinyl is applied with the carrier side up.

  3. Cut Out Your Design with loklik crafter

  4. Weed Your Design. Use a weeding tool or scraper to remove excess vinyl from the design.

  5. Prepare Your Keyfob
Place your keyfob on a flat surface.
Make sure the area where you’ll be applying the HTV vinyl is clean and dry.

  6. Apply the HTV Vinyl
Place the HTV vinyl design onto the keyfob, positioning it as desired.
Cover the design with parchment paper or heat-resistant tape.
Place the keyfob under the heat press machine.

  7. Heat Press the Design
Set the heat press machine to the recommended temperature (usually around 300-320°F). Set the pressure to medium-high.
Press the design for the recommended time (usually around 10-15 seconds).
Remove the keyfob from the heat press machine.

  8. Peel Off the Carrier
Allow the design to cool for a few seconds.
