Vectorizacion

I think what it’s telling you isn’t that the image isn’t vectorized, but rather: “The selected image has no vector outline — can’t create!”
That error pops up when you click “Make” but haven’t selected anything to work with. So your problem is actually super easy to solve: just select the shapes you want to use xdd

Hello Patricia,
That’s such a frustration @redhada is right

First, may I ask where your image is from? If it’s from the library, it should already be vectorized and ready to cut.

If you’ve uploaded your own image or created a custom design, sometimes the software doesn’t recognize it as a vector.

  1. Go back to the canvas,
  2. Click and drag from the top-left corner across the entire design to make sure all parts are selected,
  3. Then tap “Make” again—this often clears the error.

:orange_heart: Tip: Always save your design first before trying to troubleshoot. That way, you won’t lose your hard work while testing things out.

Let me know if this helps

Yes, this can be frustrating @Patricia_Rodriguez . As others have suggested make sure all the layers are selected before hitting the make button.

For images that you have uploaded to LOKLiK Idea Studio you may not have done this step. Make sure to select your image click on the design tab and then choose which operation you would like for your image. Whether you want your image to be Standard cut, print-then-cut, line art or oil painting. You need to select one of these so the program can make its vector lines. You can also remove the background and change the look of your image using AI.

Hopefully all these tips and suggestions help you.

It is something that I report to the support team in the first versions of the program, one cut easier at 1.0 from 2.0 and everything is more complicated and look that I am old using plotter of other brands and in loklik everything has become very difficult, because I have to select what I am going to cut if I am supposed to already have it in the canvas ? if it is in the canvas it is because it is going to be cut it is something that should be solidified

That depends on how you look at it. The way it is now, let you take to a task only what you want. The other way makes you have to hide what you don´t want to take to a task, so as it is said (at least in Spain) “the chickens that come in for those that come out”…

I have an open thread to wishlist features for Idea Studio. Loklik listen to us, so feel free to join that thread and add your suggestions xdd
