I bpought my phone press more then a week ago i recieved it and it does’t show up on the software so i cannot connest it at all. i gave the app permission to connect but still doesn’t show up

I’ve seen in an Amazon live that the press connects to a software? Is it supposedly Idea Studio? If I remember well it seemed so, but as far as I know, H17 is not in the app yet.
Maybe @rinsky has some information about it or know if only admins can answer this.
Any other H17 owner can answer about the basics besides the potencial problem?

Hi and Welcome to the community @maria_nevarez! The H17 doesn’t need a bluetooth connection in order to make design pressed to your phone cases. Please see below for your reference only and I can walk you through the process of starting your phone heat press.
STEPS:
1 - Open your IdeaStudio app from your computer.
2 - Click “My device”
3 - Select your desired phone case
4 - Upload your own image
5 - Resize your image (NOTE: If your design has words, DO NOT forget to mirror it or flip horizontally.)
6 - Click your image and hit the “Make” button (This is the step where in you need to print (Matte side) your design in your Sublimation Printer.)
