im having issues with my machine not reading the lines to calibrate can anyone help?
it days it cant reaf the lines
Just tried calibrating my crafter the other day, it read the registration marks quite well. Is your firmware version 12 already?
Also try aligning the white rollers with the verical lines of the upper registration marks plus one more in the middle of the paper
where can i find it? so i can check
In Device > Firmware update
And for that you need to connect via usb.
After you do the firmware update try calibrating again. If it’s still having trouble to read the registration marks you can try putting the lid down on the crafter.
There is a problem with the calibration sheet you printed. It is scaled. Did you print it in the canvas interface? It is recommended that you print in the interface after clicking Make, and set the printer to no scaling.
Maybe it wasn’t reas because there 's a big margin at the sides. Check my other comment, the position of my registration marks are closer to the edge than yours. Maybe it was scaled just like what @Kristin mentioned. If no scaling is available in your printer, maybe you can scale it to 100%
Ooou yeeees
same here
This sheet is not printed 100% scale, it is smaller than that. The margins are too wide. Calibrating with it will only confuse the reader and will result in bad iffset cuttings.
There’re many topics on calibration and reading marks by now, giving all the hints, factors and solutions. Anyone still having problems, please search for them.
I have read all, seen the videos and I’ve done my research. I wasn’t having that problem before
Mines isn’t calibrating either since the last update v12
Have you checked this post
Yes thanks, but I’ve done that as well
Thank you for this link @timmytation . I will be receiving my new Icrafter2 machine soon and this is good to know about calibrating. The link to the Print-then-Cut Callibration Guide and the extra pointers will come in handy!

You’re very much welcome ![]()
Congrats for your new iCraft! ![]()
I guess it is a bit confussing, but this is the second time today I read iCraft 2. There’s only on iCraft, the old one is the Loklik Crafter. The iCraft is the Loklik’s cutting machine 2 ![]()
There should be a little less confussion with the machines’ names, as not only they are changing the nomenclature in second versions, but also we have name differences depending on what brand labels it plus now we have the Letter + Number nomenclature that seem to mean nothing related to the machine. You’re welcome HTVRONT and Loklik for the advice
