Holiday Aglow Wreath Shadow Box
Celebrate the magic of the season with the Holiday Glow Wreath, a stunning stained-glass–style shadow box that brings classic holiday charm to life through richly layered craftsmanship. Designed to look like a glowing pane of festive stained glass, this piece combines artistry, precision cutting, and vibrant color to create a warm and timeless centerpiece for your seasonal décor.
At the heart of the design is a beautifully detailed Christmas wreath, bursting with life and texture. Deep emerald holly leaves encircle bright red and golden berries, while intricately layered pinecones add a natural, woodsy touch. A bold, sweeping holiday bow anchors the wreath, its flowing ribbon shapes adding movement and elegance to the composition. Each element is individually cut and layered, giving the final piece a dimensional, handcrafted feel that can’t be replicated by flat prints.
Behind the layers, the soft golden background mimics the warm glow of backlit stained glass. When placed near a window or light source, the colors come alive — casting gentle reflections and enhancing the illusion of illuminated glass artwork. The crisp black shadow box frame complements the vibrant colors perfectly, offering a clean, modern presentation that fits beautifully with both traditional and contemporary holiday décor styles.
Whether displayed on a mantel, nestled into a shelf, or gifted to someone who loves handcrafted seasonal art, the Holiday Glow Wreath adds a festive sparkle to any home. It’s a charming blend of old-world stained glass aesthetics and modern layered design — a piece meant to be cherished year after year.
Wow, that looks amazing. ![]()
I had not gotten to finish this design to have it posted last week but now it’s super pretty on glitter htv I need to take the knife to it again and finish cleaning up around the edges.
Friends thanks Gina episodes are great!
And a second one I made family and wine… I couldn’t find the sublimation metal sheets I have they are in a spot I thought ied remember…. So I made a coin bag to put wine money into instead.
I think it will reveal a smaller sized icrafter machine. During summer months this was a topic of discussion or a question for a smaller machine. ![]()
Totally energized by these challenges! Keeping up is a challenge in itself, but I’m all in! ![]()

The Enchanted Keys Of Christmas
This beautifully layered laser cut wood piece is Santa’s Magic Key, designed especially for children who don’t have a fireplace for Santa to slip down on Christmas Eve. And let me tell you… the story behind it is just as heartwarming as the key itself.
Here’s how the magic works:
Before Christmas, each child receives their very own Magic Key, that is bright, festive, and full of possibility. They bring it with them when they go to visit Santa, holding it tight as they wait their turn in line with excitement bubbling in their chest. When they finally reach him, Santa takes the key gently in his gloved hand… and whispers a little Christmas spell into it.
With a tap, a twinkle, and a jolly smile, he gives it a spark of his very own magic. The key then travels home, where it’s hung proudly on the Christmas tree and acts as a tiny guardian of holiday dreams. There it waits patiently, glowing (at least in a child’s imagination) with Santa’s magic all season long.
Then comes Christmas Eve, the most enchanted night of all. Children take the key from the tree, hold it close, and hang it on their front door. This special key works only for Santa because no one else can unlock its magic. It guides him safely inside, helps him deliver the presents, and then, just like that, it closes the door behind him until next year’s adventure.
The key in the photo was crafted with layers of bold holiday reds, greens, and white. It is decorated with Christmas joy and a swirl of whimsy that makes it feel like it came straight from Santa’s own workshop. It’s not just a decoration, it’s a tradition, a memory-maker, and a way for every child, whether they have a chimney or not, to feel the wonder of Santa’s visit.
I loved creating this piece, and I hope it brings a little sparkle, a little storybook charm, and a whole lot of Christmas magic to your day.
@Cory_Barger you need to edit your comments to add the Idea Studio’s links ![]()
I’ve just payed attention to this. I love this lore!
I have actually been having problems with that. Every time I copy the link from IdeaStudio and drop it in it says it can’t be found. I will give it a try and I am sure someone will let me know if it isn’t working. Thanks.
It is only that something is not right in the script and throws an error message about retrieving the thumbnail.
So it doesn’t print the See What I’ve… message either. But links from the projects are regular web urls, there’s no problem using them.
I get my link from the my post here it shows up automatically and then you can edit it to add tags (something I just tried after seeing I could with my last posts)
I was summomed Rune (F) so I created these memory frame I started for my Granddaughter connecting (F)ramed Photos from her Graduation events! Happy crafting!

That’s what I was doing too @Judi_B, but I was told I was doing it wrong and needed to include the IdeaStudio link directly.
One of my favorite creations this week: this gorgeous laser-cut gift bag featuring delicate wooden leaves, crafted with my iEngrave! I had so much fun bringing this idea to life, and I’m thrilled with how it turned out.See What I've Been Creating...
