@shirleycobb, I totally agree with everything you said, and I also understand that life happens. However, up until recently, there were a lot of people participating, then all of a sudden, a lot of the members just quit participating and seem to have ghosted us.
@esti_pi Yeah, I donât really celebrate Easter, or any holiday, really, but that wonât stop me from making a bunny or a cute egg, or maybe even a cross or two. Itâs actually fun to make cute little bunnies and decorative eggs. It doesnât necessarily have to be Easter, she said spring themed decor is acceptable. And, of course, we have Jesus themed designs in the library, as well.
I just want to see someone win a gift card, regardless of whether or not itâs me. Just seeing someone win it makes me happy. The material gifts are nice, but itâs disappointing to put in so much work on a project(s), and not unlock the grand prize.
I hate snow. We have about 28" of drifted snow to clean up from last nightâs storm and the wind is still going strong. Canât leave the garage until the driveway gets cleared.
Tried to make back to back photo cards to test out new types of paper I recently bought. I still need to adjust the alignment and orientations I do like the color output though
A tiny struggle - today being Monday⊠felt like my brain was in a fog. Lol! Zumba got me energized but I made a few âremixâ since I messed up the choreo, but its fine⊠Itâs a struggle but I still got those steps in.
Thankful God gifted me another day. Woke up to tornado warnings until 7pm tonightâŠâŠin northern NJâŠâŠinsane. Our home is in a bowl surrounded by ridges and trees so we are safe. Helps that on top of our mountain hilly road is the power generating station so we are always 1st to get power back. Funny, everyone here has a generator. Prepped & ready.
So this has been yesterday and today! I didnât get in bed till past 2:45 am watching weather bc of straight line winds and tornadoes ! Then yesterday morning I was in shorts sweating and this morning snow
@Nancy_Sierchio, keeping you in my thoughts and sending up prayers for you and your area. May you all be kept safe.
@shirleycobb, how sweet of you to say. Iâm always happy to help, and am always here if you need me. Thank you for being you, too.
And, wow! The snow in Alabama!! Yeah, it was hot last week, then we hit the 40s last night and getting into the 30s tonight. Itâs crazy. I thought winter was over. I bet the groundhog called for an early spring. Itâs always the opposite of what he says.
So I sprained my neck on Friday taking my doggo to the vet. Couldnât move my neck at all on the weekend. Feeling a bit better now, got some muscle relaxants and taking it easy. It hasnât been fun lol. Hope everyone is having a good start to their week.
