Cutting Issues

Hello! I’m new here and I’m a small sticker business owner. Usually I get them manufactured but recently ive been wanting to start making them myself! I bought this machine three days ago and ive been calibrating, watching tutorials, test cutting (with paper) and all cuts seem off. They don’t cut on my desired cutlines/offset and yes i have updated the software, changed paper size and material, calibrated many times, reset it, etc etc. im not sure what else i can do.

as for my cutting force, its working quite great!!!

anyway, can anyone help me on this?

Hello @JacquelineI and welcome to the community!

I would start with @BellethehowtoGuru 's tutorial, as @Dorthe told you. That is a widely treated theme here in the forum, so you can make a search and surf the topics, each one is going to give you a piece of tip along your learning process.

Please, have that in mind, you’ll get perfect cuts, but there’s a learning curve you have to experience. And you can always come here and ask particular questions along that path and show some pics that will help us finding the possible issues you may have to fix.

Thank you lovely ladies @redhada & @Dorthe

Sorry to hear @JacquelineI you are struggling with print then cut. I’m sure we can help you get those stickers cut for your business.
First you said you updated the software, that’s really great. Have you also updated your machine firmware?
This video goes through the steps to update your firmware on you LOKLik iCraft.

A couple other tips
Make sure you have the right paper size selected A4 or letter size

Make sure to print at 100%

When choosing the cuts on the lines, be sure to select the one closest to the middle of the line. If one cut is toward the top and another cut is toward the bottom of the line, pick one that you think is best. However if there are other cuts like this on the left, right or bottom. Choose the same cut line. So if you chose the top cut as it looked better for the top cut section. Then in the bottom cut section you have to lines that have a top and bottom cut, choose top again.

I have a video explaining the process of print then cut calibration but it’s not like the new version. I’m working on an updated version.
It may help
