Your Design
HEAT PRESS SETTINGS: 395 F for 45 seconds with 130 lbs. of pressure for both Sublimation HTV & Sublimation Paper.
NOTES: Pre-washed your T-shirt before Sublimation and DO NOT WASH it for at least 24 hours after the design was transferred.
DIRECTIONS:
STEP 1: EDITING. Download your design or make your own design to any editing software you have with your cutting machine. Highlight your design and make an offset (I chose 0.017"). Edit and resize to your desired size that fits perfectly to your T-shirt.
STEP 2: CUT & PRINT. Send your design to your Sublimation printer and print. Then, send your offset to your cutting machine and cut the Sublimation HTV (remember to mirror both of your design and offset).
STEP 3: PREPARATION. Pre-heat your heat press to your desired settings. While waiting, weed your vinyl and cut your printed design closer to it using scissors. Use your lint roller to pick up any foreign materials from your T-shirt and pre-press it for 10 seconds to eliminate moisture if any. Find the middle of your T-shirt by folding it to half (lengthwise) and run it to your heat press for 5 seconds.
STEP 4: APPLYING SUBLIMATION HTV & PRINTED DESIGN. Lay down your T-shirt and use your ruler guide for the placement of the design. If you don’t have it, you can use your three (3) fingers below the neckline as for your guide. Place your offset vinyl and heat press it with your desired settings. Peel off the carrier sheet after 20 seconds. Then, place your printed design face down to your vinyl secure it with a heat tape, place a butcher paper on top of your design to protect your heat plate from any ink and press accordingly.
STEP 5: REVEAL & SHOW IT OFF! After it is completely cool down or safe to touch, peel off your design. Now you are ready to show it off this coming Easter Sunday and do some egg hunting with your kids and Family!
NOTE: Actual video tutorial will be available as soon as I uploaded in my Youtube Channel (the picture won’t justify enough how vibrant the colors are and the embroidery effect on the T-shirt).
May the risen Christ bring peace, love, faith, hope, joy and blessings to your life this Easter and always.
