I just read on a fb page that you can engrave with a cutter. I thought it would have to be with a lazar. I know absolutely nothing about the engraving. I MEAN NOTHING! Can someone point me in a direction to learn?
Thanks.
With a cutter theirs a tip that can be used it’s ok it takes a bit of time to do I am not sure of what the icraft has that. If that is what your referenceing.
I have a Cricut maker 3 with a special engraving tip attachment that I use to engrave in wood and on acrylic. There are some work arounds to do the same thing and get pretty good results using the LOKLiK iCraft and LOKLiK Crafter cutting machines. At the moment they don’t sell a separate engraving tool for it but some members have used their blade to get a good result.

The LOKLiK iEngrave is very good at engraving wood, if that’s more what you are after. Really depends on what project you want to do. With the cutting machines you are very limited to the thickness of your material as it needs to be able to go under the roller bar. If you have any other questions about it let me know.
Thanks for the share @BellethehowtoGuru ![]()
