Hi, @shirleycobb :smiley:. This is a beautiful design and it looks great on the shirt. What a wonderful gift to give to your D.I.L. May I ask what technique you used? Is this printable vinyl, sublimation, DTF, etc.? I’m wondering because it seems you have a white square included in most of the design, but some parts are clean with just the lettering. I want to try to help you get the white square out of it.

OMG i didnt even notice, so I used HTV vinyl, good, old-fashioned, handheld iron, using the Teflon sheet included, and cold peeled! so the photograph was taken while it was still cooling!

Oh, ok, so it’s just the carrier sheet still on it. I was confused a little. Ok, I bet it looks great without the carrier sheet. I’m sure your daughter-in-law will love it!

Excellent! :ok_hand: Beautiful, vibrant, and very crisp! Might I offer a tip to save your vinyl? Before weeding, I will use scissors to cut as close to the design as possible, then weed. That way, there’s not a ton of extra vinyl being thrown away. Those small pieces of vinyl can be used for smaller projects or even doing test cuts. Here’s a topic I posted that gives some tips on how to make the most of your materials. These are just some tips I wish I’d known when I first started. I threw away a lot of useable vinyl. I like to pass them on to others.:+1:

After you removed them from the carrier sheet? I like to leave it on the carrier sheet and trim it before I weed it. Then I put it in a binder pocket to save for later.

Another reason I like to trim close to the design is, sometimes, when I have multiple layers, if I lay the edge of a carrier sheet over exposed vinyl, that has already been pressed and peeled, it will leave a line from the carrier sheet in the vinyl. However, I’ve learned that easing up on the pressure can prevent that mark, but there are times when I need to use quite a bit of pressure. So, I try not to lay the edge of my carrier sheet over any other vinyl, because my OCD can’t handle that blemish line. :joy:
