Oh, my family loves these handmade chocolate fudges. I usually make them during the holidays or whenever my daughter and husband put in a special request. I shape each piece with a silicone mold and package them with the holiday‑themed stickers I designed last Christmas. And guess what — Valentine’s Day is coming up fast, so I’ll be making these heart‑shaped chocolates once again with brand‑new Valentine’s packaging soon.
As a teenager, I worked at Braum’s, an ice cream store here. I would play around with different ice cream combinations. One that I still eat to this day is a caramel sundae made with butter pecan ice cream. The butter pecan ice cream gives it an extra boost of flavor.
Oh, I love sweets! I love making them, eating them, drawing them, making crafts for them and about them! Here is a photo dump of some paintings, drawings, crafts, stickers — I made out of my drawings — and even a real cake that I baked from scratch and decorated. The last piece is a clay cupcake I made by using the pink cupcake watercolor painting as a reference. I had 2 but one broke, so I’m going to make another one and make earrings out of them, eventually.
Since I am a diabetic I tend to stay away from sweets but I do love fruit. I also love to play with my food. I make roses out of my strawberries. They are really good with monk fruit sweetened yogurt as a dip.
When I think of sweet, I think of Christmas and the baking I do then. I don’t bake often, but when I do, it’s all in. I usually spend a minimum of 2 12 hour days making all sorts of treats for the holiday. Here’s just a couple pics of the goodies!
I know I could look back and get some good cake art images cause that used to be a go to medium I used to make cakes for fun so have done a lot of icing and fondant things but had always perfected icing just a different form of painting. I have a lot of food stuff I did in the past mostly before my second brain surgery. Now a ways I keep things a bit more simple but love making this hot chocolate dip is one of my favorites to make as a Christmas gift to give out.
My favorite dessert is Flan, I just love the flavor and the creamy texture it has, I wish I had some right now! My mouth is watering just thinking about it
Here are some pictures of cake toppers I’ve made
I make lots of kinds of delicious deserts as I love making tasty instead of buying it and being disappointed about how it tastes lol.
You made me remember of a pretty sweets cake deco I made a few times
