I love all desserts but my favorite is probably a strawberry rhubarb pie. I have never made my own, though. There is a semi local place called The Elegant Farmer that bakes all its pies in a paper bag. Not sure how that came about but it adds a crispiness to the outside that makes it all that much better. I may have to head there tomorrow to pick one up, now that it’s stuck in my head.

I love desserts. Preferably with apple or rhubarb. And not least ice cream, I always make ice cream for dessert when we have guests, sometimes with melting chocolate cake, other times with pancakes. I almost always make the ice cream with daim as it is my favorite, the ice cream with chocolate pieces is also good.

Desserts and Crafts are such a great combination! I have loved making cake toppers for large cakes, mini cakes, smash cakes, cupcakes and everything in between. Love how the detail of layered cardstock adds so much dimension to the cake. I am excited to have made this cake topper… and the bonus is that it is part of a tutorial that will be coming to the community very soon.
