@Teddi_Barela - Such beautiful images of the mesmerizing Colorado sky! Those Aurora Borealis photos are so magical! I’m so jealous! I’ve always wanted to see that in action! Thanks for sharing your photos!
@Eileen_Stafford You’re most welcome! Your distressed ink paintings are truly beautiful! I enjoy them very much!
@Eileen_Stafford I’m glad you like them! I’m sure you have some great ones too in your area of Colorado!
@Samantha_Bryant Gods canvas is absolutely beautiful, isn’t it? I couldn’t find a couple of my faves but I found them today. I love watching the sun dip behind the mountain ranges here,
Yes, it sure is! He’s my favorite artist! I’ve witnessed a Colorado sunset once, when I was 13. It is most certainly a beautiful sight to behold. I come from the Smokies, and love the mountains, but where I live, now, it’s just flat. The sky seems bigger, but I miss the mountains, for sure. Seeing the Rockies will always be one of the major highlights of my life, though. I’m sure you have plenty more fabulous photos. Feel free to share if you find them.
Ahh, I’ve seen some pics of the smokies and they look gorgeous! I would like to see those in person some day! If I didn’t have the mountain range to look at I would probably get lost. I think most Colorado folk rely on them as a compass. lol I have a few more of my faves I found on my laptop.
Wow! Amazing! Excellent photos! That second one is extremely mesmerizing! Yeah, the Smokies are gorgeous, too, but they’re covered with trees and grass, and you can’t really see any snow on them until winter, and you have to go searching for an area that has some — which you may not find. With the Rockies, I was there in mid summer and was so thrilled to see the mountains snow capped. It was the most beautiful thing. I love the how they’re bare and, well, rocky. Thanks for sharing your beautiful photos with us!
Oh, and I totally get using them as a compass, too. I think most people in East Tennessee do the same with the Smokies.
We’re in awe of the skies you shared, so many moments were absolutely breathtaking. It really felt like we are looking at God’s canvas together, and I’m so grateful you took the time to bring those beautiful views into our community.
A huge thank-you to all our wonderful participants:
@Jodie Thank you so much! He truly is the greatest artist! Also, thank you so much for the cheers!
@Samantha_Bryant Thank you! I would love to see the smokies at some point! It’s been so oddly warm here lately that it took a while to see the snow capped mountains. They’re finally covered now and look beautiful!
@BellethehowtoGuru Thank you! So glad you like them! I wish I had a great camera because these pics just don’t do it justice.
