Not sure if I’ll be dressing up for Halloween this year… because guess who got summoned for JURY DUTY on October 29, 30, and 31 from 9 to 5? :jack_o_lantern::woman_judge: Lucky me!

But hey—I’ve already made myself a Halloween-themed T-shirt to wear under my courtroom-appropriate blazer. Might as well bring a little spooky spirit to the jury box!

I also dont celebrate Halloween but my church does do this event on the 31st called Harvest. The idea behind Harvest festivals is that they are celebrated in autumn after food from the land is reaped and collected. it’s often a way of showing gratitude for the creation that God has provided for us, particularly the nutrients for us to eat. Our church basically has many fun activities for the children where they can get many treats for coming. It will be my kids first time going since I couldn’t take them last year and the year before that my son was too young

I have enjoyed dressing up for Halloween as it is something my kiddos enjoy. Last year I dressed up and had Zumba in this outfit.

As for Halloween crafts, there are so many possibilities. There are a few tutorials I have listed on the community.

This is my all time favorite costume I have made, it was for my daughter’s first Halloween, I cut and glued every single one of the feathers and then I hand stitched the eyes, I love the way it turned out!! (It’s supposed to be an owl :owl::grin::grin:)

I love fun Friday, even if I am responding on a Saturday! I am making a hat for part of my older son’s costume, he is going to be a pizza delivery guy and my younger one, the pizza! Here are some things I have made in the past.

That’s awesome. I’m glad there’s always activities for our kids to enjoy if they can’t participate in Halloween

Not going to dress up, but I do love making things for the Halloween season. I’m still working on 2 aprons. I have them sewn; I just have to decide what designs I’d like to add to them with HTV. I’ll probably finish them tomorrow. Until then, I decided to go ahead and make the card I’ve had saved in my Loklik projects since last month. So, here it is:

You can make your own with the file I’ve added to the Projects Library right here :point_right: See What I've Been Creating...
