Help cannot use ideastudio [Resolved]

Hi everyone, I have been using my I craft for around 2 weeks now, all working fine. Yesterday the software crashed and no matter how many times I uninstall, clear cache, reinstall and follow online instructions it will not work. Everything is up-to-date on my laptop, I use USB connection. If I cannot get the ideastudio to work, how do I use the machine? Is there any other programs that will work? Thank you Antony.

I can’t use it anymore either, it crashes immediately on all devices.

Hi @Franziska_Huber. Is it just the projects library or the whole app/software? I’ve emailed them several times about the projects library crashing and still no response, which is unusual. I don’t seem to have any issues on the canvas or homepage of the mobile app. I haven’t opened my PC software since Monday, so idk if it’s having issues or not. Try submitting a Feedback and Errors report from the Help tab. Be sure to toggle to Send Log Files/Report option or whatever it’s called. It’s something along those lines.

Hello, this seems to be an issue others are also facing at this time. To make sure this issue gets streamlined to the technicians, send an email to support@loklik.com. Tell them what’s happening.

Ok, I see there are others experiencing this same issue. If it’s not allowing you to even open the app/software, I suggest emailing them at support@loklik.com.

To mee too since today. I was working yesterday and no problem at all. When I opened it today it crashed inmediatly. I restarted computer, and again. I reinstaled the program and same problem. It is not user end’s, it is something that happened overnight lat night so @admin should please check this fast.

The entire app no longer functions on my mobile phone, nor on my tablet, and nothing works on my PC either. :pensive:

That’s weird. My mobile app is working fine. There are 2 other posts about this same issue in which they’re saying they can’t access the IdeaStudio. Hopefully, if you all send an email, as I suggested, they’ll get right on it and fix it. :heart:

Edit: Ok, I just opened the PC software, and I see they have added some new projects to the For You section, but then it crashed. So, my theory is, they must be making some updates/changes and it’s created a bug. They probably know there’s an issue. I guess, we just have to be patient while they get everything fixed. :heart:

You’re so very welcome. I’m also having a problem accessing the PC software. I did see they added new projects to the For You area, so I’m thinking, that they’ve somehow created a bug that’s causing the crashes. They’re probably already aware and are trying to fix it. I guess, we’ll just have to be patient while they get things situated. :heart:

I’m having the same problems this morning! I see the project screen for maybe a second and then it crashes out.

Welcome to the community, @ReginaLane! We’re happy you’ve joined us. :heart: Thanks for letting us know that you’re also experiencing this problem. I’ve suggested to several others to email support. I’m sure they’re aware by now, and are working on it — or will be working on it. It may be after hours for the technicians, so it may take a little while for it to get fixed. We ask that you please be patient with them. I know it’s frustrating not being able to create, but, unfortunately, these things happen. I guess, we’ll have to find something else to do until it gets fixed. :laughing::+1:

Same problem today, my ideastudio crashing this is the first time. I think the app has a maintenance. Thats why its crashing.

Has anyone recently (3.10.2026) had issues with the Loklik Studio Software. I can’t get mine to remain open. I have uninstalled and re-installed it and it will not stay open. I have also checked my computer settings. This is a new computer just bought in January and I have Norton virus and I can’t get the program to remain open and no other programs are having trouble so I don’t think its the computer.

Yes, there are widespread issues. Loklik Technicians are aware and are working to fix the issue. Please be patient while they tend to this matter. :heart:
