Hello everyone
I am having trouble with the print and cut function, I have calibrated it and done the firmware update and turned it to the light and made sure there not much light on it, iv darkened the marks and it’s still not working, I am using htv printable paper and its just not working
Can anyone help please

Besides the crafter notes Zanxx linked, there’re many other topics giving all the hints about calibration and reading registration marks. Please, give them a try before contacting support, as it may delay the solution when all the answers you need are here in the forum (unless there is a technnical problem, which is not that common).

I have tried to calibrate it and that works fine but when it comes to print and cut it won’t read the reg marks

Did you follow the guidelines when the registration marks are glossy, or dull, the lighting conditions in the room?
If you surf calibration topics you’ll find all the tips about registration marks and print and cut. Did you?
