Hi Michelle! I’m having a very similar problem. Which software are you using? I’m using Lightburn and now the laser machine doesn’t even want to go “home”. it is almost like it can only move up or down. Has this happen to you? Thanks!

Hi Judi! I’m also getting the three beeps when I start the machine. I tried moving it all the way to the left and up, but it is still doing 3. Any other tips? Thanks

Hi @Daniela_Schrepfer! The three beeps are normal when you plug in your iEngrave and turn all the switches ON. No need to be alarmed. 
@skyicreations, @Ideart_Studio — can you confirm whether your iEngrave beeps three times when you simply turn the switch ON? Appreciate your response!

Hello, sorry for my delay. In my experience, the first time I connected it beeped 3 times, ever since it only beeps 1 time, but it has worked fine. @Daniela_Schrepfer @rinsky

@Michelle_Cornforth none of your videos can be seen, I guess there’s something wrong with the link or the upload. Maybe they are too big or have a format that cannot be played.
I would check them, and so the members with the iEngrave could help you
