Join merry-makes, our three-week festive challenge, and share your handmade cheer with the community. Every project you make could bring a little more warmth to someone’s Christmas. 
Event Time: Nov 17 – Dec 7 (3 Weeks Total)
- Week 1: Nov 17 → Nov 23 (11:59 PM ET)
- Week 2: Nov 24 → Nov 30 (11:59 PM ET)
- Week 3: Dec 1 → Dec 7 (11:59 PM ET)
Weekly Rewards
If we receive 12 or more valid entries in a week:
Grand Prize× 2 : each will receive a $40 Gift Card
If there are fewer than 12 valid entries, we’ll award:
- Excellence Prizes× 2: each will receive a Buffalo Plaid Patterned HTV Vinyl Bundles (18.99＄) to selected outstanding participants.
Participation Reward: Each valid entry that meets the craft standard will receive 100 Cheers (up to 200 Cheers per week, max 600 Cheers across the event). Participation rewards are only for participants who did not receive material/ gift cards or machine prizes.
Ultimate Christmas Grand Prize
When the total number of valid entries across all weeks reaches 50, we’ll unlock the Ultimate Grand Prize— HTVRONT A300 Auto Hat Heat Press × 1!
The winner will be chosen through a community voting round!
Our team will first select 5-10 outstanding participants, each represented by one of their amazing creations. To ensure fairness and celebrate dedication, finalists will be chosen from participants who joined at least two weeks and showed consistent quality and creativity in their work.
All finalist projects will be featured in a special showcase post, where the community can celebrate their creativity together.
Voting will stay open for 4 days, giving everyone a chance to pick their favorite. The project with the most votes will take home the New HTVRONT A300 Auto Hat Heat Press!

About $40 Gift Card Usage Rules:
Partial Use Allowed– The gift card amount can be used in multiple transactions.
Covered Costs – The gift card amount can be applied to product prices, shipping fees, and taxes. Any excess amount must be paid separately.
Save Your Voucher – After redemption, users will receive an email with a voucher code. Please screenshot and save it for tracking remaining balance.
Regional Restriction – This gift card is only redeemable in the US, CA, AU, and UK . If you are outside these regions, we will send an equivalent-value machine prize instead, selected based on local inventory availability. Please note that taxes and shipping fees will also be considered when determining the prize.
About the HTVRONT A300 Auto Hat Heat Press
Please note: the A300 is currently available only in the US. For winners outside the US, we’ll provide an equivalent machine or material bundle of equal value.
Prize Rules & Fairness
To keep the event fair and exciting for everyone:
All prizes will be confirmed and distributed after the event concludes, once the final results are announced.- Each participant can receive only one physical prize across the entire challenge (Machine / Gift Card / Material Bundle).
- If a participant later wins a higher-tier reward, their previous prize will be replaced and will not be reassigned.
- Winners of the Weekly Grand Prize cannot win another weekly grand prize but may still qualify for the Final Grand Prize voting.
- Winners of the Excellence Prize can continue joining upcoming rounds and have a chance to join later rounds and still have a chance to win the Ultimate A300 Machine!

How Winners Are Selected
Grand Prize eligibility: Awarded only if there are ≥12 valid entries in the week. (If not unlocked, no Grand Prize—see Prizes section for the fallback bundles.)
Weights
- Presentation & photos – 30% (1–3 clear photos, incl. a full shot + a close-up of the word; clean light/background; readable composition.)
- Craft & finish – 30% (Cut/press/adhesion/edges neat; layout & color layering; overall build quality.)
- Theme fit & word expression and story – 20% (Word is clearly visible and matches the piece; explains why you chose it)
- Community likes – 20% (Likes on the entrant’s comment in the weekly thread, counted at the each week.)
