Yes, you can win in this event. It’s a whole new event. It’s just if you win a $40 gift card prize once, in the 3 weeks, you can’t win another $40 gift card prize in that same 3 week event. However, you are still eligible for the Ultimate Grand Prize of $100 gift card. So, if you win in week one, keep entering in weeks 2 & 3, those entries could be chosen for the Ultimate Grand Prize voting round. That’s if the total entries for the full 3 week event reaches 50.

If you win one week, and the entries didn’t reach 15 for that week, you win the material prize. I think, if you win in another week, and there are more than 15 entries, you can get the $40 gift card, but you won’t receive the material gift you won in the previous week. @Jodie will have to confirm, though. That’s how I understand it, anyway.

You’re welcome! We should find out tomorrow. That’s when the week 3 winner will be announced, along with whether or not we reached 50 valid entries. If we did, the finalists will also be announced, and voting will be open to the community for one week to determine who wins the $100 gift card.

Here’s my paper-craft-fun entry week 1
Ideal studio :

Story: Project | Paper Crafts week 1 entry 1

This past weekend was one of those moments I wish I could bottle up forever. :beach_umbrella::sunny:

We packed up the car, snacks everywhere, towels half-folded, sunscreen already spilled (because… boys ), and headed to the beach as a family. The second we stepped onto the sand, it felt like all the stress just melted away.

Looking at this picture reminds me of how the boys’ eyes lit up when they saw the ocean. The waves were crashing just like the ones in the background of this beach scene, and they ran toward the water without a second thought. My husband stood there smiling, shaking his head, pretending to be the “serious” one—but five minutes later he was knee-deep in the water with them, laughing just as loud.

We set up our little spot like our own mini paradise—bright colors everywhere, just like the umbrella and fun beach vibes in this picture. The boys collected shells like they were treasure hunters. They chased birds along the shoreline and tried to “outrun” the waves. I held my husband’s hand for a quiet second while watching them, and we both just looked at each other like, “This… this is what it’s all about.”

At one point, we all sat together, sandy and tired, just soaking it in. The sun was warm, the ocean breeze was perfect, and my heart felt full. No phones. No rushing. Just us.

It wasn’t about a big trip or anything fancy. It was about being together. Laughing. Making memories. Watching our boys grow right in front of us.

This past weekend reminded me that the best vacations aren’t the expensive ones — they’re the ones where love is loud, laughter is constant, and your family is right beside you. :blue_heart::ocean:

Here’s my paper-craft-fun entry for Week 1!

Story:

:uk: I was notified at the last minute about a surprise birthday celebration for my aunt, so I whipped up a quick cake topper.

She loves flowers and bright colors, so I chose patterned cardstock for the base and played with several layers of solid colors.

She loved it!
