LokLik iCraft cannot connect via USB nor Bluetooth

I’m having the exact problem and now the blade won’t cut though, it will only score no matter what I change the force to. Changed the blade and like you I couldn’t update because bluetooth wasn’t recognized.

Does it recognize the machine when you plug it in with USB? I recommend updating firmware using the USB connection, not the Bluetooth. I also recommend making a support ticket. It may be a new bug that’s been introduced after a recent update

I have the same issue. No matter what I do it will not connect via usb. Another bum machine, sucks as I was gonna do things for Xmas. Dont know weather i wanna try another.

Are you having problems connecting via bluetooth? or via USB? or both?

yes, right now it’s making a sound. when i upgrade the system to V8.
