1/4” paper strips were glued onto a sheet of cardstock then the designs were cut out. The card itself is a swing card pattern I have used for years. easy to do and impressive to look at.

Thank you. I saw it in an old craft book and it looked like ribbons. It takes a while to do but I think it’s worth the time.
