thank you for clarifying this as this will reassure others looking to purchase that they have an amazing company behind them and that they are covered x
I don’t believe the reliable support that’s being advertised. Every time I call for support they want me to take videos and email it and them email me back. The support is an absolute nightmare. I’m not even six months in and have a printer that’s not working. Not to mention that the only time you can call for servicing is very inconvenient.
Ugh, I’m so sorry you’re going through this—it’s incredibly frustrating when the support process feels more like a hurdle than a help. You’re not alone in feeling this way; several of us have had similar experiences with the back-and-forth emails and video requests. It’s exhausting, especially when your machine isn’t working and you just want real-time help.
The limited-service hours definitely don’t make it easy either. I wish I had a magic fix, but in the meantime, if you’re comfortable sharing what’s going on with your printer, maybe someone here can help troubleshoot or at least point you toward a workaround. Sometimes the community ends up being faster than official support
Sending patience and hoping you get a resolution soon. You deserve better than this kind of runaround.
