We’re super excited to have you join the Community. Whether you’re a DIY pro or just starting to get your hands messy with vinyl, you’ve definitely found your new creative crew! :smile:

We know stepping into a new community can feel a bit overwhelming at first. Where do you start? What do you do? Don’t you worry! We’ve all been there. To help you find your footing and discover all the amazing things our community offers, we’ve created a fun, step-by-step guided tour we call the “Sprout’s Journey.”

This journey is specially designed for our newest members – anyone who has registered for the community within the last month is considered a “Sprout” and is eligible to participate!

Think of it as your very own DIY adventure map. Complete simple, fun tasks to earn rewards, get to know everyone, and unlock your full crafting potential!

Ready to embark on your journey? Let’s dive into the first theme:

:seedling: Theme 1: Finding Your Feet in the Community

This first theme is all about getting comfortable and learning the lay of the land. Complete these three simple levels to earn your first rewards and officially become a part of the crew!

:checkered_flag: Level 1: Let’s Get You Settled In!

(Complete these on Day 1)

:pushpin: Goal: Set up your profile, explore a little, and get your first taste of reward!

① Task: Craft Your Identity!

  • What to do: Upload a profile picture, set your nickname, and pick your favorite crafting topics.

  • Your Mission: “Create your unique community identity! Let fellow crafters with similar interests spot you easily!”

  • Reward: The shiny “Autobiographer” Badge :medal_sports:

② Task: Your First Exploration!

  • What to do: Head over to the main feed or a popular board and read at least 3 posts.

  • Your Mission: “See what everyone’s talking about! We bet you’ll find something that sparks your interest.”

  • Reward: A small bundle of cheers to get you started!

⑱ Task: A Silent High-Five!

  • What to do: Found a post or comment you love? Give it a “Like”!

  • Your Mission: “Give a quick thumbs-up to say ‘hello’ to a kindred spirit or an awesome idea!”

  • Reward: Earn 1 cheer for every like you give!

④ Task: Follow the Guides!

  • What to do: Make sure you’re following the official community accounts: @Elena, @Jodie, @OliviaZzz

  • Your Mission: “Stay in the loop! Get the latest news, community updates, and event info straight from the source. Never miss a thing!”

  • Reward: The insider info is the reward! :wink:

:gift: Level 1 Completion Bonus: Once you finish all four tasks, we’ll credit 50 cheers to your account!

:checkered_flag: Level 2: Time to Mingle!

(Tackle these on Days 2-3)

:pushpin: Goal: Learn the core ways to interact and start building connections.

① Task: Bookmark a Gem!

  • What to do: Found an awesome tutorial or a brilliant idea? Click that ‘Collect’ button!

  • Your Mission: “Great inspiration can be fleeting. Save your favorite posts to build your personal DIY knowledge vault!”

  • Reward: A treasure trove of creative inspiration, right at your fingertips.

② Task: Make Some New Friends!

  • What to do: Follow at least 3 active users or creators whose work you admire.

  • Your Mission: “Follow the masters! Curate your feed to be filled with the content that matters most to you.”

  • Reward: A feed full of endless ideas and motivation.

⑱ Task: Lend Your Voice!

  • What to do: Leave a meaningful comment on any post. Ask a question, share your experience, or just give a compliment!

  • Your Mission: “Agree, disagree, or have a pro-tip to add? Jump into the comments and join the conversation!”

  • Reward: A nice little bundle of cheersfor sharing your thoughts!

:gift: Level 2 Completion Bonus: After completing these three tasks, you’ll score another 50 cheers!

:checkered_flag: Level 3: Become a Creator!

(Your mission for Days 4-7)

:pushpin: Goal: Take the leap and create content, deeply experiencing the value you can bring to the community.

① Task: Ask & Share!

  • What to do: Post your first thread! It can be a question, help, a project you’re proud of, or the start of a discussion.

  • Your Mission: “Your unique perspective is what makes this community rich. Your question or share could be exactly what someone else needs to see!”

  • Reward: Get 5 cheers for being brave and posting!

② Task: Join the Party!

  • What to do: Participate in one of our ongoing official events or themed discussions.

  • Your Mission: “We run fun events every week with fantastic prizes. Don’t be shy, come and play!”

  • Reward: The exclusive rewards from that specific event!

:gift: Level 3 Completion Bonus: Wrap up this level and bag an extra 50 cheers!

:rotating_light: The Grand Finale & How to Claim Your Rewards!

You’ve made it to the end of Theme 1! Good job

To officially pass this first theme and claim your final rewards, there’s one last requirement: You must be logged into the community for a total of 7 days or more.

Once you’ve done that AND completed all the tasks above, you’re ready to claim your grand prize!

Here’s what you do:

  1. Fill out this simple registration form: Starter Village#1 Event

  2. Our team will verify your progress.

  3. Once confirmed, we will DM you the exclusive “Seedling” Badge :seedling: and all your hard-earned 150 cheers!
