It’s Tuesday again, which means it’s time to chat.
We spend a lot of time with our crafting tools — and if they could talk, we’re pretty sure they’d have opinions. So let’s imagine for a second…
If your tools had a voice, what would they say to you?
Would your heat press demand a vacation? Would your scissors complain about all the glitter? Would your cutting mat beg you to stop using the wrong blade?
Whether you give them names, talk to them (we know some of you do), or just imagine them sighing behind your back — let’s hear it. What’s the conversation like between you and your favorite (or most overworked) tool?

I’m pretty sure my printer is about to file for ‘printer’s leave’; it’s currently staging a dramatic performance of ‘The Paper Jam Blues’ and muttering about needing a spa day.
My sticky Mats or (dirty mats🤣) would beg me to clean them I don’t clean my mats I just spray them and use the old ones for paper / cardstock projects and the new mats for htv and vinyl.
My heat press (whom I lovingly call Señor Sizzle) would absolutely demand a union rep. “Ma’am,” he’d say, “I was not built for 6-hour tumbler marathons and emergency patch jobs at midnight. I need aloe. I need rest. I need boundaries.”
Meanwhile, my scissors would be side-eyeing me like, “Glitter again? Really? You promised this was a lint-free week.”
And my cutting mat? Oh, she’s passive-aggressive. “Sure, use the wrong blade. Again. I’ll just sit here, silently suffering while you pretend not to notice the grooves.”
Honestly, I talk to them more than I talk to my neighbors. They’ve earned their personalities.
I was last seen on the crafting table, then darkness… OMG are you using the backup scissors?
Did you just buy a new one? ugh! the betrayal!
I guess I need to accept my fate, I’ll never be found again… or if I am found it will be when she is looking for something entirely different!
these are the ones that I imagine my scissors would tell me hahaha coz I have around maybe 15 scissors that I know of and now I only have 1 in my table… oh where could they be?
My printer is newer and it’s definitely working some overtime, I think it’s still trying to impress me I tell it everytime how pretty and wonderful it is and remind it no jamming…haha. Ugh MATS I tried washing them but it only works a few more times after that and so they are cheap enough to get more on Amazon, also every Christmas I ask for mats to help with the stash. My computer on the other hand I keep downloading stuff and I am just waiting for it to be like that’s it I am done!
My htvront manual heat press keeps asking me for a sister (the auto 2 press ) to take some of the heat and pressure off of her!!! my printer keeps asking me for a big brother so he don’t have to keep doing his job printing dtf “hack” prints and can just do his job printing sublimation! This is what they stress to me! Daily!
These are all freaking funny! I can totally relate to that, especially with the dull blades and the mat is just silently sitting and suffering! Hahahahaha Crackin myself up here! LMAO
