The packaging was secure and professional. Setup had me stumbling at first (turns out I watched the wrong video), but once I found the right one—and especially Delonda’s tutorial—it became a breeze.
My first print taught me a lesson: I forgot to remove the background, so it came out heavy with white ink. But my second? Flawless. My second print Ain’t No Family like the one I got, and it came out perfect from print to press.
I’m deeply thankful my better half believed in me and invested in this printer. It’s already helping my small business grow, and that’s my word of the year: expand.
