Update 2.2. 3 what happened

Hey guys do you also have this one centimeter gap after the update? It used to few millimeters :face_with_diagonal_mouth:

From the corners? Yes. I was wondering why such a big adjustment. Now it’s harder to place the material on the mat so you can maximize the material. If you stick the material on the corners of the mat there will be much wasted :disappointed_relieved:

I forgot to post my photo, yeah exactly it’s a waste and in my case I wanted to use some of my scraps as the project is very small I only needed 3 to 4 cm but it got wasted the first time and had to redo it again :confused::confused:

I was coming here to ask the same thing… It’s basically why I joined the community.
I have a large back print that I do for a local company which I can now longer provide at the same size as they request it just under 12x12 ( circle).
I can’t see the logic behind the change if I’m honest. No one wants to waste vinyl/HTV and everyone wants to fit as much as they can on.

Maybe it’s a fault and it will be fixed @Elena

I’m guessing they did this because of previous cases wherein the machine would make cuts above the grid line of the grip mat. However, this solution results in wastage of materials plus not getting the full 12×12 size cut :disappointed_relieved: I hope this can be resolved in future updates

Yes I just noticed this do making the love poem for the discord challenge. I’m hoping it’s just a mishap and will revert back to the space it was previously

Yes, I have had this problem since the beginning. I couldn’t figure it out. I calibrated it 3 times but it didn’t work.

Oh no, I think the app is glitching. I’ve been having issues today as well every time I save a project it was modelling up the entire project when reopening it so basically it was pointless saving in the first place because it took me a lot of time to redo it.

Oh my! I was “testing” out the unit yesterday and I noticed it was shifted over, I thought it was user error since it was my first attempt. Lol.
