I have updated the app and its stopped cutting properly. Ive tried the following:
Closing the app and turning the machine off and back on again.
Changing the blade.
Slowing the speed
reducing the cutting force.
Have you tried cleaning your blade? I use a scrutched up ball of aluminum foil. You poke the blade in it a couple times by pushing down the plunger part of your blade housing. While you have your blade out check that it is OK an not damaged.
I had a similar problem today but it was that my mat had residue from the previous cut and the blade wasn’t moving smoothly because of that. Is you mat clean? I know it sounds silly, but the little fuzz from the paper can add up after long cutting projects.
