I can’t get Loklik software to connect although Lightburn connects using the USB. I can’t connect my lap top with USB or wirelessly. I can’t connect my iphone or my iPad although it connected to my phone earlier. I’ve uninstalled the software, and tried again. Did the power cycling too. Nothing works.
Im sorry to hear you are having connection problems. Since you have tried the troubleshooting steps we recommend, I would contact support and give them a detailed explanation of what trouble shooting steps you have taken, along with pictures and video. Also include any error codes you might have received.
I have contacted support with not much luck so far.
Hi, @glitter68, did you get your money back? I know it’s been a month, but I just saw your reply, and wanted to say, it never takes 24 hours for support to reply back to me. It’s usually within 12 hours. If you contact them around 7-8 pm CST, they can sometimes respond within minutes. Yeah, it says they will respond within 24 hours, but it’s never taken that long for me, and they always give me satisfactory results. Did you ask them if you would have to return the machine before you get the replacement? Did they offer to fix it? There have been a couple people here send theirs in for repair, and have been satisfied with the resolution they received.
