Valentine's Box for Classroom

I love how I was able to create a unique and personalized Valentine’s box for my son to use in his class. I had completely forgotten to make it before today but thankfully my LOKLiK iCraft was ready for the challenge.

Materials: Designed in Silhouette Studio, Cut using LOKLiK iCraft with recommended settings. Paper used is 65lb cardstock. Layered with craft foam and assembled using craft glue and hot glue. Shoe box for the base box.

Process:
Upload SVG design to LOKLiK Studio using the “upload” button

Send to cut using recommended settings for cardstock.

Assemble each piece of the character. I used craft foam to lift the blue cardstock from the black cardstock base, this added dimension. The white sections of the face were glued using craft glue. The same was done for the shoes and the arms.

I had the help of my daughter to “wrap” the shoe box with blue cardstock and we hot glue gun all of the pieces to the box.

It was a last minute project but oh so worth my son’s happy face!

Now I have to keep an eye on the box, my son is trying to place with it like a regular toy. LOL!

Wow wow wow this is awesome :heart_eyes::heart_eyes::heart_eyes: I hope it doesn’t get ruined after that you can just put it on a shelf and be proud everytime you look at it :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:
