Hello Community!
After a short break for the traditional New Year holiday, the community team is back and fully recharged
While we were away, the feed definitely did not slow down. Let’s take a look at what’s been happening.
What People Have Been Making
@Franziska_Huber has quickly become one of our most active new members. In just the past few days, they shared a beautiful layered piece in Forest Layer Image and a sparkly Easter Card Filled with Glitter. It’s been lovely watching their style unfold.
@esti_pi created a birthday Lord of the Rings Cake Topper for a fan friend. Honestly, who wouldn’t want a themed topper like that as a surprise.
A familiar name also returned. @Ideart_Studio shared elegant 15th Birthday Invitations made with the iEngrave and a cutting machine. As always, thoughtful design and clean execution.
What People Are Talking About
@retrogirl1961 asked about different types of paper in Types of Paper, especially the differences between sublimation film, sublimation paper, and DTF transfer film. The comments turned into a helpful mini discussion. If you’ve ever been unsure about the distinctions, that thread is worth a read.
@MCVDFC started a conversation on Clever and Unusual Storage Ideas. Organizing tools and materials is one of those ongoing topics that always sparks new ideas.
@Samantha_Bryant shared a thoughtful post on Why Naming Your Projects Matters More Than You Think. A small habit that can make a real difference in helping projects be seen and found more easily across the community.
What’s Happening Around the Community
A big piece of news: the HTVRONT EU Store is now live. Along with it comes a launch early bird event, Pay €1, Save €20, created especially for European users.
Meanwhile, the H17 Project Showcase is ongoing. If you’ve been experimenting with your H17, this is a good moment to share your work and pick up some bonus film supplies along the way.
That’s what’s been happening in the community lately. It’s nice to return and see the conversations, projects, and ideas continuing on their own rhythm.
Seeing a cake topper made just for a Lord of the Rings fan was a nice reminder that sometimes the most meaningful projects are the ones made for someone specific.
Have you ever made something special for a fan friend? Maybe a themed gift, a surprise decoration, or something inspired by a shared interest. Feel free to share the story behind it ![]()
