I’m looking to do a personalized case for an iphone 13 but on the HTVRONT website they don’t have that model available. Any idea if these cases are compatible?
Hi @Doyli_Izaguirre! Yes! That will fit to your Phone case heat press. Please see below for your reference only. 
You will NOT need the aluminum plate that came from your iphone 13 if you will use your Phone Case heat press and you might need to adjust your design to fit the area for your sublimation (or tape the sides of your case if needed?). Hope I answered your question.

What would you recommend as far as heat settings for this type of case?

I recommend following the manufacturer’s heat settings for both your phone case heat press and your phone case blanks. Find the midpoint between the two and start there. 
Keep in mind: different brands often have different temperature and time requirements, so it’s highly recommended to test a few samples before finalizing your project. I know it sounds material/time-consuming, but experimenting is the key to getting great results.
