April 29 was International Dance Day so I had to create these hats for the Zumba certified students in my Zumba class. It was a great way to motivate them and to get moving/shaking. I used my LOKLiK iCraft to cut the glittery HTV and used the HTVRONT Mini Press 3 to press the design onto the hats.
I made Seahawks Family shirt for the 3 of us. I used regular white vinyl and heat pressed it. The first 2 pictures are for my husband’s. I didn’t like the weeding part.
Then, I bought a printed splash brush paint effect on HTV for my shirt and for my daughter and I cut off my design after I applied contour to those little tiny pieces all over the design and it came out great!
They say it is a good anti theft option.
Be surprised how many never drove a stick. And can’t. When I go to valet parking sometime I have to park it myself
Oh, yeah! Even at the auto shop when I did my oil change years ago. One employee tried to drive my stick shift car to park inside their shop but the thing was he didn’t know how to start my car and later he released the clutch pedal in the first gear without stepping in the gas pedal and almost hit my bumper at the curbside coz my car is low profile. I told to the manager I don’t like that guy driving my car again and I never returned since then.
I had this sticker on my tumbler that I always bring anywhere which keeps me hydrated. I have no photo of the tumbler with it because the sticker came off, maybe I’ll print again
The saying that came up to my mind last time
“Be a warrior, not a worrier” motivates me to fight the odds and not worry so much.
I have other quote stickers but this was the one I randomly stick to my tumbler
I didn’t know that I would find this sticker a match with being healthy like being hydrated and have exercise
Bcoz… I can be a warrior/fighter by exercising or walking too, it produces dopamine (the feel good hormone), thus it lessen my overthinking and feel more relaxed
I’ve been really into fitness and wellbeing since the start of the year. Bad habits and busy life got me to the heaviest I have ever been in my life last December. Stress was a big factor too. But I decided in January I would start my fitness plan. I have a workout schedule that’s been working. I do strength training day 1 & 2 then light cardio day 3, day 4 is rest, day 5 & 6 strength then 7 is cardio. I rinse and repeat the excersises. Cardio days I do zumba or yoga or ring fit adventure on my switch. I take my dogs for a walk every morning as well. I also looked at my diet, I cut out sugar in my diet. I also now have a water bottle which I fill up every day in the morning then around lunch time. I try and drink two whole bottles each day. While I’m working at my desk I normally take stretching breaks. I also craft standing up. Since the start of the year I’ve lost 7kgs and have kept it off. I still want to loose another 10kg which is my goal for the end of the year. When I need motivation I have quotes I place on my mirror using vinyl so I can read them while I get ready in the mornings. (I don’t like the mirror) so it gives me something else to focus on.
