St. Patrick's Day Zumba Shirt

Project Overview:

I am so excited to teach Zumba tomorrow and it’s St. Patrick’s Day! It must be done in fashion which means it’s time to take out my HTVRONT printable HTV.

Materials:

  • Cutting machine
  • Printable Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTVRONT): dark fabric
  • Templates: Creative Fabrica
  • HTVRONT Heat Press - I used the HTVRONT Auto Heat Press 2
  • Crop top (90% cotton)

Process:

  • Upload your design to your software, resize to fit properly on the crop top and send the design to print then cut. Your design does not need to be “mirrored”
  • Once the cut is done, weed out any excess HTV.

  • Preheat your Auto Heat press
  • Preheat the crop top prior to adding the HTV to it.
  • Place the design on your crop top with the design side up.

  • Place the parchment paper over the design carefully not to move the HTV and place the teflon sheet between the parchment paper and the heat press
  • Press according to the recommended setting

** Press Settings**
**Temp: 330 degrees F
**Pressue: 130 lb.
**Time: 15 seconds

  • Allow the shirt to fully cool and do not wash it for 48 hours.

WONDERFUL!!! Now I am ready and will lead Zumba with style.

Congrats on your new Zumba shirt. I love Zumba, unfortunately I haven’t found another Zumba crew since I moved. Great tutorial, thank you so much.

Thank you. I’m so excited, starting March 31 I’ll be leading the zumba crew in this studio. If you are ever in El Paso, come and shake it with me.

Wow now I’m walking 30 to 40 min on a walking pad I said I’ll get my body used to movement and then I’ll try zomba or something like this I think I’m not capable of doing it
