White Border Around Stickers

I am a newbie, and this is my first time using LOKLIK studio. I am still confused about the inner and outer offsets for the stickers.

I want to remove the white border of my stickers, and I have been trying to resolve it, but I still do not know how.

Any thoughts how can I remove the white border? Thanks in advance!

(I tried doing “0 mm” for offset distance but still shows like this)

Hello @Patrick_Babala and wellcome to the community, you’re in the right place to ask.

There are many topics on that subject. You can make a search on “calibration” and you’ll find many situations and the usual ways to fix it and understand the process.

Here a few, but, do it, surf that search because all you need to know is there:

Crafter Notes | Need a Hand with Calibration? These Tips Might Help

I am using icraft 6 months but still the print and cut function is not accurate. I already lost client because of uneven cuts and measurement

Machine Calibration

In the midtime, here is what you can do:

-Be sure everything is up to day: graphic and printer drivers, machine’s firmware, Idea Studio.

  • Reset calibration, then perform a row of 3 calibrations for fine tune. Be sure to print 100% scale and have proper lighting.

  • Make a test with a grid of squares in a print then cut sheet. Allways be sure to print 100% scale and have proper lighting.

  • Post the third calibration and the test sheet here so we can help you find what’s happening :slightly_smiling_face:

The reasons why for those steps are deeply explainned in al the topics someone opened on calibration success.

Let us know, we love to help

hello @pattyyeonn welcome to the community. you are so close! there is a bit of learning and practicing to get the cut on the outline without showing the white.
@redhada has suggested some great tips. I have some to share as well,
1/ check your firmware version
2/ calibrate, you may need more than 1 time
3/ make the image you want to cut a tiny bit bigger and cut just inside of it. so where you have “0mm” make it “-0” or “-1” using the offset tool in ideaStudio software. I can create a short video if you don’t find the help from what @redhada has suggested

let me know if you have done the first 2 steps, before you move on :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:
